Will not calcute shipping

I have the shipping working on server (http://63.64.191.135/cgi-bin/qc).
Now I can't get it to work on the new server
(http://columbia.digiweb.com:7786/qc). I'm using the exact same
shipping.asc file. Any suggestions?
On checkout, it says to following under "Choose your shipping method"
Note: Shipping mode 'upsg': bad formula. Returning 0.No match found for mode
'upsg', quantity '56', returning 0. Shipping mode 'upsg': bad formula.
