Shipping Problem FIXED

As I mentioned before I needed a way to calculate shipping on the "UN
discounted Subtotal"..

The solution I had ended up not working..
since the subtotal was discounted lets say 5% (on orders over $2500.00) I
would take the in the shipping and ended up editing it to take the
@@total@@ and add the 5% back on..

Well the problem with this is to complexed to explain but it was 100%
impossible to calculate shippig using this system..
to make a long story short, the min/max values overlapped at the discount
percentage increased.

A way that is now working was to use a tag called [raw_subtotal] which was
not found in the documentation or the mailing list archives, but did appear
in the flycat.html...

so now my shipping main line is..
upsg	UPS	[raw_subtotal noformat=1] [value state]	0	0	e
No Shipping

So for those doing searches in the future..

undiscounted subtotal= [raw_subtotal]

and I am sorry if this was documented somewhere and overlooked or talked
about previously. But in the past few weeks, I didn't hear about it.
