q: makecat simple

Hi,

another stupid question...
I had the same problem before, but
don&#180;t know how I solved it.
After installing the new version
of minivend and After starting makecat
I filled in the correct parameters
but some kind of permission seems
to be set wrong. This is the error
message prompted:

Copying demo files..........................................done.

Couldn't set permissions on /home/wab/catalogs/shop.cgi: Operation not
permitted
Exit 1

can somebody tell me what operation is not permitted ?
is it a chown or chmod ?
