Since it's Excel putting the "'s in the file, changing MV settings
isn't likely to fix it :)
Read the Excel file into Access and use Access to export it. You
can tell Access not to use "'s
Or if you have vi
:.,$s/ "/ /g
1G
:.,$s/" / /g
:)
