A typo in Scan.pm (Mvend 3.11)?

Dear all,
i use a page-tag in my catalog-page like
[page scan/mp=0/co=products:category/se=8209]ANY-FINE-ICE![/page]
and after ordering any item, no basket will be show on and the shop go
back to the last result-page! But at first time, the tag [data session
last_search] is empty always and i get a wrong page!
If i use the searchform-page first and after this go back to the
catalogpage, all action are alright and well!
If i go to the catalog-page first time, [data session last_search] is
always emtpy!
How can i do to prevent an empty [data session last_search]?

BTW: At March/15/1999, i am on vacation for two weeks! Cheers! ;-))
BTW: Is anywhere an old-style-tag-list and a new-style-tag-list to
download?
