Maybe I'm missing something, but if you are taking an order by fax
why are you messing with CyberCash at all?  The fact that it validates
a card will be irrelevant if you process that card later manually.  If
you are processing the charge right there, why the "will call with?"

Generally we use fax option only to provide full range of options
to visitors.  The fax or pay by check option simply sends an
"advice" to the store owner, a printable form and "Proform-Invoice
subject to Confirmation" to the prospective purchaser.

What am I missing?
