I work really example, so I'd like see more sample stores available,
even if they aren't available in the default distribution. One example
might be configured to work with Cybercash and Postgres, for example. 
  If enough sample stores were submitted, you would be to browse through
their descriptions for a match that closely met your needs, and start
customizing it from there.
