Getting REMOTE_USER
****** message to minivend-users from "Alan Sparks" <asparks@nss.harris.com> ******
Perhaps I'm missing it, but what is the correct incantation for getting the
value of the REMOTE_USER variable from the server? Or any standard CGI
variable, for that matter? I've tried things like:
[perl values="cgi"]
$remote_user = $Safe{'cgi'}->{REMOTE_USER};
[/perl]
To no avail. I'm certain it's getting set by the Web server. Thanks in
advance for any help.
