Ok, thanks, there was a beginner question! :-)
So I can ask another one....

How can I embed [loop-data settori settore] in a [page scan] tag ?
I have tried the multi-line syntax:
[page scan
           se=settore
           sf=[loop-data settori settore]
]

this is ok, also for field with embedded spaces, but not for fields with a
single-quote in them (e.g. "all'aria"), very frequent in italian!

I have tried the sf="[loop-data ...]", but the parser escaped the
double-quote with a %22

The sorting is simply ignored; I have tried:

[tag each settori]
[sort settori:settore]
....

but it seems to do nothing (for the products database it's the same)
