reconfig with web-wizard

Dear reader,
i have no clue, why i am not able to reconfig my shop with wizard!
My ISP has a WIN-NT-Box and IIS! He has the problem to install minivend.
I have install Minivend 3.11, ActivePerl 509 and PSW in WIN98-Box.
The installation was successfull and my shop show well. If i use the
Browser with the URL like
http://localhost:7786/mv_admin and enter the name and password, the
wizard is show on and
show me my shop with his name. I checked the box "reconfigure" and after
that, i get the message "reconfigure failed".
Have anybody ideas or solution?
