Hello,
This looks to me like a problem with perl. Try building a new copy from
the latest sources. The UPS errors at the bottom indicate that your
haven't installed the Business::UPS module. Bounce over to your favorite
CPAN site and grab it to remove those errors. The UPS errors are
non-critical unless you are using real time UPS lookup.
