IpQuad documentation?

Hello. I am having problems with users on AOL and WebTV losing
their sessions. I am tring to find out more about IpQuad and
its related directives (DomainTail,IpHead) before I implement
them. Where can I find documentation on IpQuad? Searching
the MV site only returns one result, the 3.11 release notes.
I can't find IpQuad in the docs anywhere.
Also, its not listed and commented out in my minivend.cfg like
IpHead and DomainTail are.
