Validation of Credit Card Information

Hi All,

I am having a problem with checkout on Minivend v3.11. I've tried two 
different valid credit card numbers, and also tried "Force this card number 
to be taken." with the same response:

You need to validate your credit card information.

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a direction to pursue?
