I've done some further testing, running a message that was flagged
directly through razor-check too see what it decides is SPAM and what
isn't. Razor is keying off of the last line of the mailing list
signature which is the URL of the listinfo page. If I remove that one
line or change the IC domain name in any way then razor-check decides it
is not spam.
I think removing the footer will fix the issue, or if it is somehow
changed as per above, but also consider that razor has somehow decided
that mail with that line is SPAM and I don't know how to properly
convince it otherwise.
