...and I'm going to go with this being the issue.  The reply (above) did 
get flagged by razor2 and the content was a lot smaller than the initial 
post which wasn't flagged so I think the ratio is significant.

Note that the reply didn't get flagged as SPAM because it went through 
the IPv4 address for mx.endcrypt.com. and as such it didn't fail the 
SBL-CSS test.
