[ic] admin images

Ok,

So I know I did something wrong when I installed Interchange but now
everything is working fine except I get no images on the admin side.  The
sample customer side shows all images but the images on the admin side are
all empty.

Please, tell me how to fix this.  I have looked through all of the '.cfg'
files but can not figure out what to change.  Do I need to set up an Alias
in my Apache configuration?  Please help.
