[ic] 500 error after upgrade to 4.8.6 - FIXED!

I found the fix to this problem, and decided I'd repost it here in case
anybody else gets stuck on this too.  All that was needed was to do a rm -rf
* in the session directory and restart.  This is thanks to Cameron and his

I do still have an issue with plus and minus buttons to add to the number in
the text box on the results.html page.  If anybody has any ideas, I'd be a
very willing student!
