[ic] 500 error after upgrade to 4.8.6

Howdy.  I just tried to upgrade to 4.8.6 from 4.8.3 on RH 7.1.  Everything
seemed to be ok except that when I tried to access the Admin interface, I
got an Internal Server Error.  in the log, this shows up:

I get a similar error if I try to get into the customer entrance.  Please
help!  I'm stranded.
