[ic] username in report

I am trying add the username in the email report, so it is emailed to me
along with the order.
In the etc/report I added above the customers name:
User Name: [ value username]
When the report is sent I receive only the Caption User Name: not the value.
I assume this needs to be edited elsewhere also, but can't seem to find
where.
