Looks like Interchange is having trouble finding a Perl module. This is a
common error when you don't have root access.


I found the problem and everything works now. When I was cating Makefile.PL 
using instructions from interchange web site about installing without root 
access it did not change the PREFIX for some reason. I had to change that 
manually in Makefile.PL. After I've done that, I did not have any problems.
