[ic] Internal Server Error

I recently installed Interchange4.8.6 on my redhat7.3 machine and had no errors 
installing it and no errors running makecat.  But when I try to access the 
foundation demo that makecat created at http://www.phatwebstore.com/foundation -
the main screen comes up fine but if I click on "Customer Entrance" or "Admin 
Interface" it gives me an Internal Server Error.  Apache log files show 
a "premature end of script headers" message for the foundation file that 
makecat put in my cgi-bin.  

Does anyone know what could be causing this or better yet how to fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
