[ic] DBD & DBI Install

When I installed the DBD/DBI drivers for mysql, DBD & DBI directories were
created under  the Perl5 directory and the pm's were copied there.  When I
restart ic, I get an error that the pm's can't be found in the @INC  I
noticed the full path to these new DBD/DBI directories is not included in
@INC.  Do I need to add this path to @INC so the pm's can be found?  And if
so, how do I do that?
