in your form, just do this:
       <form action="[process]>
          <input type="hidden" name="mv_nextpage" value="ord/checkout">
          <input type="hidden" name="mv_order_item" value="GC-POS00001">
          <input type="hidden" name="mv_doit" value="refresh">

          <input type="image" src="__THEME__/sophos.gif" al
