[ic] Shipping Glitch? Not a regular error

Hello,

My client pointed out that one of her customers got a strange result 
when ordering a $0 item. The shipping, which is supposed to be $5.99 
UPS Ground by default (based on quantity, not weight), showed the 
following:

Shipping: H?v`H?vR=B0?=B6$y?name=3DFiona ()		0.00

where Fiona happens to be the customer's first name. We've only seen 
this once. Our store is based on Foundation, and went active two days 
ago. All other orders are coming through fine.

Any idea why this happened?
