It's in POD format.
You could do the following:

copy the text from here:
  =head2 Chained Pricing
to here:
=back

Put it all in a text file. Name and save it (e.g. common.pod)

Then read it using perlpod like: perlpod common.pod

And you'll get nicely formatted pages.
