[ic] Formatted copy of Chained Pricing example

I've been painfully reading up on CommonAdjust and Chained Pricing, and
keep going back to the infamous

message.  Is there a better formatted copy of this, perhaps a PDF or html?
Or is there a program that I can use to view it as its meant to be?

Things like B<key>, =over 4,, =item N.NN or -N.NN start to confuse me a
bit since I am not sure whats markup and whats not.
