[ic] Encryption problems

I've just been through this, so I'll try to help. (I feel your pain.)
First, I'm assuming that you created the key in Cpanel, then copied and
pasted it into a text file (public.asc) and then, uploaded the text file
to your server, into the interchange .gnupg directory. e.g.
/home/interchange_user_name/interchange/.gnupg directory.

O.K.

You need to telnet into your server as the user who's user name IC is
running under. You can do this from Cpanel, or in Windows (once you
have a connection to your server) go to start -> run -> and type:
telnet interchange_user_name@yourdomain.com

After you login, you can type the command that Ed told you
gpg --import public.asc (note: If you're in your home directory, and you
should be, you'll need to add the path to the public.asc file to the
command e.g. gpg --import
/home/interchange_user_name/interchange/.gnupg)

If you've done it correctly, you should now be able to type the command
gpg --list-keys and see the ID# of the key that you just imported.

Now open the AdminUI for IC in your browser. Goto preferences ->
encryption and set ENCRYPTOR (blank) and PGP_KEY to your key ID#.
Also, make sure that you import your keys into they keyring of the user
on the your local machine, for decryption.

That should be it...

Best of luck,
Jeff
