[ic] Products in multiple groups & group product listings

Is it possible for a product to exist within more than one category?

If a store had the following categories:
	Clothing
	Toys
	Gift Items

Would it be possible for the same item (a t-shirt for example) to be in 
both Clothing and Gift Items?

Also, is there a way to do a list that shows all of the items in a 
category including any subcategories (if there was a t-shirt category 
in clothing)?  The foundation demo includes the group of Hand Tools 
(which includes many subcategories), but is there a way to view a list 
of all Hand Tools?
