the code interchange returns IS CORRECT.
You have to use & if you want to DISPLAY an ampersand on an
html-page.
But inside a link the ampersand is used to separate two arguments.
In your example the argument "id" with a value of "Tf8wEUwW" and the
argument "mv_pc" with a value of 356
Here just a "&" is absolutely correct and & would be wrong.
