You have been misinformed. The problem only exists in the mind of
your webpage validator.
If "&" is to be the URI separator then "&" cannot be specified as
"&". You may specify your own URI argument separator with the
following interchange.cfg directive:
UrlSepChar :
The above specifies that ":" should be used instead of "&", which is
what I use myself.
