  Hello, let me rephrase that, these fields or codes are missing from my
copy of Interchange Cart under the
 admin/preferences/payment module.
   MV_PAYMENT_HOST
    MV_PAYMENT_ID
   MV_PAYMENT_MODE
    MV_PAYMENT_REFERER
    MV_PAYMENT_SECRET
 Is there a way to add them as a new entry so I can connect Authorize.net?
