I have spend days searching after answers to these questions but did not find the right answers.

1. My secure server is not the same server as the one where I have my domain name. I use my ISP's shared secure server. 
What file do I upload on that server? I thought it should be this file: www.domain.com/cgi-bin/foundation

2. What changes do I make in catalog.cfg

3. Do I need to do any activation in the Admin side?

Anything else?

I have seen lots of questions regarding this problem, but no clear answers.

Give me some help here and I will post a step by step guide regarding SSL on other servers.
