Re: [mv] Checkout Fails with Earthlink email address

Unfortunately that doesn't help too much, was hoping there would be
a little more info there.

#1 Have you actually tried to place an order yourself both with
an earthlink email address and without an earthlink address?

#2 Or are you saying that customers who use the earthlink isp are
the ones having a problem ?

If #1 works for you with both email addresses, then this should rule
out any mail problems (which I can't really see as being the problem)

if #2 is the real problem, then it could be earthlink is using a caching
proxy in some way that is interfering.

Could you give me the site address (directly to my email address
kyle@invisio.com)

I'd be glad to take a quick run through to see if I can spot something
(assuming there is a mail-payment option so I don't have to place
a "real" order)?
