Unfortunately we are not using a proxy server. We are behind
a firewall though... It seems like when mvend is sending the 
email it is waiting for a response before it continues. Shouldn't it
just queue it and move on? And let sendmail send the email when
it gets the chance? If there is a problem sending the email the
error would then come up after the order was placed...
