[ic] still displaying decimal in price

this is my locale.txt file...
I have uncomment the #mon_decimal_point line,but i still get a price
like 4.500,30 instead of 4.500 which is what i want.
Any idea?

frac_digits             0
#mon_decimal_point      .
#mon_thousand_sep       .
mon_thousands_sep       .
p_cs_precedes           0
p_sep_by_space          0

In the catalog.cfg i have
Locale           el_GR
LocaleDatabase  locale


Any ideas?
