[ic] [item-code] -> Submit

I tinkered with this for a few days. It works. Though maybe someone 
has a better set of code. The only thing I'd like it to do which I do 
not know how to do, is make it convert any uppercase letters to 
lowercase.

But for those looking for a way to have customers enter a item code 
and hit submit, then have it go to the flypage, it works.


Works on MV 3.14 to IC 4.6
