[ic] Trying to customize the Admin

Hello Users,

I'm trying to customize the HTML and images, specifically the header on the
Admin of the demo. The order page which is:
/usr/lib/interchange/lib/UI/pages/admin/order.html
has an include in it:
@_UI_STD_HEAD_@

and this is where the file is
/usr/lib/interchange/lib/UI/vars/UI_STD_HEAD

but any modifications to this file do not show up.
Is this even the correct file?

This is on RH7 Interchange 4.6
I have restarted IC, apache, and the box, with no luck.
