[mv] 2 seasonal catalogs

Customer would like to have 2 catalogs online but the one catalog is 
an advanced order catalog. I suggested that we just setup 2 different 
catalogs/store cause time was an issue at the time. But the more we 
thought about it the worst the idea was.

If we have 2 product databases online and someone orders from the one 
we need to actually charge them double for shipping since the other 
items won't be shipping till later.

Right now I am only looking for suggestions/a plan of attack for this.
