[mv] Interaction Error

This pops up from time to time; but I haven't seen a resolution anywhere.

>From the basket webpage;  if I click on "stop shopping";  and then on "Erase
All Information" I get an Interaction Error,  with the message

    No action passed for processing

It does, however, work fine if I click on "Remove contents only".

In the error.log file for the store,  I have a whole bunch of entries with

    ..... /cgi-bin/store/process.html Difficulty interating with browser: No
action passed for processing

I get the same error in both internet explorer 4, internet explorer 5, and
Netscape 4.7 (and have nothing to do with AOL as in some other occurances of
this problem!);  *and* It isn't a proxies issue,  since I've had someone try
it from an unrelated connection.

Any hints on how to get this working would be appreciated.
