Hi,
	I have now configured access to minimate properly.
	But I have to restart minivend everytime when I access the
	minimate page.

	this are the events:

	1. minivend runs fine
	2. log in to minimate via http://hostname:7789/shopname/config/menu.html
	3. go back to the minivend shop.
	4. get the error message zero size reply

	This is the corresponing entry in the minivend error.log:

	> - - - [10/January/2000:14:02:01 +1100] - - Runtime error:
	> attempt to connect from unauthorized host UNRESOLVED_NAME/203.17.36.12.
	> >
	>

	where 203.17.36.12 is our proxy server.
