How to call static pages?

Hi all:

  I've built static pages in /mypath/htdocs/simple/static. But I don't
know how to use it. For example I have a page in
/mycatalog/simple/pages/test.html.
I can visit it by http://myhost/cgi-bin/simple/test, this is the dynamic
page. 
How can I visit static version of test.html? It seems that minivend
doesn't send
you static pages according to pagae/.static.
  In test.html I have <FORM ACTION=test1 METHOD=POST>, Of cause
pages/test1.html
is a dynamic page. When visit dynamic version of test.html, above FORM
will be converted to:
http://myhost/cgi-bin/simple/test1?....
but when visit static version, it will be converted to:
http://myhost/simple/static/test1, which of cause not exist.
