No Shipping over $100.00

	I know his question, or one simaler, has been asked before, and I have
read throught the maillist and documentation.

I want the shipping to be free if the invoice total is over $100.00,
otherwise I want it shipped by wieght through ups ground.

I have seen in the list suggestions for how to change the shipping on
price alone, but I can not understand how to have it mixed like this.
