dumb question about dumb questions

is it proper to use this mailing list for questions relating specifically
to hosting on the internet robotics minivend server? 

for example we wonder if there is support for email forwarding to aliases
under the virtual domain. we are accustomed to a file such as email.fwd or
.aliases but don't see one. 

if it's not proper to post such questions here, we'd welcome a direct
connexion with one or two others using the server so as to expedite answers
to some of our dumb questions as to the operation thereof.
