AOL and emtpy baskets
System: Solaris2.5.1/MV3.12/apache1.3/stronghold apache1.2.4/
I know this has been covered before and I have done a few of the changes in
the minivned and catalog.cfg's but I seem to be getting more and more
"basket empty" complaints upon checking out on secure page aka https.
These are always from AOL visitors.
I have tried to get these folks to tell me more info about their specific browser
and surfing habits (back button, leaving site, etc...) but not getting
responses. Here is a corresponding error entry:

What I am thinking of doing is creating a form for these folks to instantly fill
our when this occurs.
