Look in catalog.cfg for this line, near the top:
Variable    ORDERS_TO       name@domain.com
and change the last entry to your email address.

Then look for the Minivend software - it will be installed 
in something like /home/you/mvend. After /mvend, there 
will be subdirectories like /bin, /etc /tmp, /pages, /products.
Go into /bin and you will see various files, including:
'start_unix', 'restart', 'restart_unix'. At a command line 
(ie, an xterm or via telnet) issue:
./restart_unix
You will see the server stop, then restart and configure
the catalogue, and then say "Minivend server started..."
That's it!
