RE: [mv] installation



Sounds like your web server is not executing the vlink/tlink CGI, but
instead is handling it like an HTML document. Check you web server's
configuration to see how CGI programs are handled. They are usually
required to be in /cgi-bin or have a .cgi extension. They should be set as
executable and may need the SUID bit set as well.
