Problems accessing MiniMate administration pages

I installed MiniMate and all seems to go very well (smooth installation procedure, no problems there). So I checked how to access the administration pages and tried the following two possibilities:

beest.ofc.mediata.nl/formule1/config/menu.html
	Browser message:
	Not Found
	
	The requested URL /formule1/config/menu.html was not found on this server.

beest.ofc.mediata.nl/cgi-bin/formule1/config/menu.html
	Browser message:
	Sorry, we are still under construction!
	
	This item (config/menu.html) doesn't have a catalog page yet, but you can bet it will 	soon! You can return to browsing our catalog, if you wish.

Rather strange as I should be able to access the MiniMate administration pages through one of these URLs. Can anyone help me out on this one?? I already browsed the archive, but couldn't find any useful info (except a discussion about .access files which I don't have)
