Try setting an alias in the minivend.cfg for simple.cgi this is described
in the documentation as well as a little in the actual file (this is the reason
for the undefined catalog errors, minivend does not recognize that name)

PS The priority setting of this email did not get my attention, I just happened
to know this error. Priority settings probably won't make much of a difference
in the list unless it is a serious flaw with MV itself, but Mike does a
good job
of spotting these anyway :)
