Yes, it really is as simple as using the secure domain given to you
by your ISP. If they have set it up properly, then their certificate is
usable by all virtual domains with no browser warnings. You will
also need to add a __SECURE_IMAGE__ variable, and add a
__SECURE_CGI_URL__ pointing to the right place.
