Can't create /order.number:Permission denied.

Hi guys,

 I am facing this problem with a minivend , I check the error.log:
-Can't create /order.number:Permission denied at (eval 20) line 5.
and also:
- Bad shipping file for zone 'u', lookup disabled.

When this happen...when I try to checkout..I filled up all the details +
having
a product to buy (just testing ) ..and ..once I click on buttom "order"
...ouhh!!
ERROR!!.

Check the error.log , I found those error above. I had tried to change
the permission to "chmod 777" but still keep saying permission denied
..WHY?

I would appreciate anyhelp..thanks a lot.!!
